Welcome to Marjon 2011-2012
This webpage provides all students with information for the forthcoming academic year.
For new students induction is the process of introducing you to the University College, its staff and its environment, completing your registration onto your programme of study and preparing you for the academic year ahead.
For returning students induction helps to prepare you for the year ahead and alerts you to any changes we have made over the summer.
During induction you will complete your enrolment / registration process providing you with full access to your programme of study. There are also events arranged for you to attend – you will have been provided with your induction timetable during the online enrolment process (which you should complete before arriving) and hopefully you will have printed that off to remind you of where you need to be at various times during that week. If you didn’t print it off during that process you can access it here by going to the ‘Registration and Induction Timetables’ section (of the menu) and locating your programme of study.

Marjon Open Learning Unit:
Sessions will be provided during induction week by Marjon Open Learning Unit who will be able to help you with
- logging onto the University College system
- using online password management system
- using your laptop
- re-directing your email
Information on how to sign up for these sessions will be availble during induction week.
It has been brought to our attention that some of the Welcome to Marjon Information Booklets have been printed incorrectly. If you have received one of these, and have an incomplete copy, you can access the full information by clicking here or you can email us with your address at inducation@marjon.ac.uk and we will happily post another booklet out to you.
