Introduction

A 2 year fast track degree at UCP Marjon offers you the opportunity to study a full Honours degree in two years.  Plus, you gain the added value of not only an academic qualification, but also a professional qualification with an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 4 Certificate in Management.

 Why study a BA in Leadership and Business Management?

This programme delivers the knowledge and skills which employers value and our lecturers ensure that you engage with the latest thinking and developments in leadership and management.  The variety and content of modules ensures that both academic and vocational perspectives are considered with the added value of the professional accreditation by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Students successfully completing the programme can apply to the MA Leadership and Management programme.  This will offer you the opportunity to gain a BA, ILM Accreditation at both levels 4 and 7, and a MA in either 1 or 2 years. Students following this route will have given themselves an exceptionally strong start toward developing a successful career in a very competitive job market.

Entry Requirements

It is anticipated that offers will normally be made on 260 UCAS tariff points, plus GCSE Maths and English Language at grade C (or equivalent). 

Applicants possessing a BTEC National Diploma/International Baccalaureate/Advanced Progression Diplomas or Access to HE at an equivalent level will also be considered. 

Applications from candidates without formal qualifications are welcomed but will be required to demonstrate evidence of significant and relevant vocational experience. 

Please note that all applicants to the two year degree who are made an offer will be interviewed. This interview will be in person.
