Diversity Policies
The University College places a large emphasis on equality of opportunity and diversity and this is reflected in the number of policies and strategies that UCP Marjon has that impact on these issues.
Until very recently we had separate Race, Disability and Gender Equality Schemes plus a Diversity Strategy which provided us with overall direction. This year we have replaced our separate schemes with one - an Equality & Diversity Scheme (EDS) which will provide the University College with the framework to take forward all of our equality work. This EDS is concerned with our whole community but links closely to the UC's Widening Participation, Human Reources and other UC strategies.

Diversity Strategy
Below is the link to our reviewed Diversity Strategy, effective from December 2010. This provided the Diversity Working Group with strategic direction and an overview action plan until the creation of our Equality & Diversity Scheme launched in September 2011.
